We are recognising a very important contribution that he made recently to the growth of the Nigerian Nation.
It had to do with the recently recognised lawmakers of the Rivers State House of Assembly that refused to make themselves available to Governor Sim Fubara to represent the State Budget by "adjourning" indefinitely.
Professor opened our eyes to the fact that the Governor should work with the House of Representatives thereby bypassing the State House of Assembly.
