The seeming abandonment of the high rise buildings that use to be a beehive of activities was caused by the inability of the Lagos State and Federal Government to reach a concensus on the ownership Structure.
The buildings are expected to be converted to Luxury apartments or other uses.
We suggest however that integrity tests be conducted on the structures that have been left abandoned for so long
