When President Obasanjo with held funds meant for Lagos State from the Federation Account,Tinubu had to make do with the Internally Generated Revenue of the State.
The same fate has now "befallen" Sir Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State and Since he knows where the sources of the Revenue are ,we can confidently say NO CAUSE FOR ALARM
