The Main difference is that the cultures that were on display were only that of Nigeria unlike that of FESTAC 77 where the whole of Africa came to Lagos.
The Chief Organiser of the Annual Event Obi Asika says the big intention is to tell the Story of the way of life of All the Tribes in Nigeria through their Cultural Displays where the way they sing and dance and dress and showcase other aspects of their lives are seen.
