Governance in some cases has to be resolute especially where the Authority and Power of a ruler is in question.
The Judicial Process is not helping matters but thank God that the Separation of Powers that we operate allows the Executive,the Governor and the Legislature, The KANO State House of Assembly to make inputs in the Matter such that,all said and done,"water will find its level"
Power is the issue here and it brings to mind the Position of Montesquieu that Power corrupts absolutely.
