The Former University Teacher of Mathematics at the University of Ilorin with a 1967 PH.D in the Subject joined the Church in 1973 and served as Interpreter before being Ordained as Pastor by Pa Josiah Akindayomi the Founder of the Church in 1975.
He became the General Overseer in 1981 but combined it with his Teaching Job for Three Years before going into Full Time Ministry.
He would have become an Emeritus Professor of Mathematics by now but opted instead for the calling of a Minister of the Christian Gospel.
His humility is really uncommon and is exemplary of what the Ministry should typify.
