The name was "slammed" on the amiable seventy year old Army Brigadier General(rtd)as a result of his very impressive performance while he served as the Military Administrator MILAD of Lagos State.
Something that stood him out among his records was the fact that "the notorious area boys" of Lagos "took cover" justifying that interesting Yoruba proverb that the cat has returned from his or her journey so the rats should disappear.
Fast forward to the present,as Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA,the Former Lagos Boy has gone national.
