That is what the Bible says and many situations and circumstances in life have ended up that way.
Reminds us of that scripture that says"the race is not to the swift,nor the battle to the strong,nor wealth to the brilliant nor food to the wise"
It ends up by declaring that"time and chance happeneth to them all"
Some Scholars maintain that" The Most High" is the TIME AND CHANCE.
